Summer Institute Alumna in the News

It’s always great to see our colleagues putting the lessons learned in the classroom during the World Bank-Annenberg Summer Institute to good use. Shikha Jha is a Principal Economist at the Asian Development Bank in the Philippines and one of our alums. Check out Shikha in action at an anti-corruption conference in Bangkok. She led a panel discussion on governance of large infrastructure investment in Asia. There were 400 people in the audience!

The next photo is Shikha leading a discussion on “Strategic Communication for Governance Reform” at the bank’s Thursday night Insight series. She based her talk on last year’s Summer Institute at
USC Annenberg.

Kudos to Shikha!! Keep up the good work.

Fantastic! The impact of strategic communication in reform is underutilized.

Happened to see this article now! Just wanted to say that I am her proud sister. 🙂
Our fields are so different but we are close to each other. That’s what matters in the end. 🙂

NIsha, we are proud Shikha Ja as well. She was clearly a leader at the World Bank-Annenberg Summer Institute. We look forward to hearing about her next next accomplishment.
